The installation process is two steps:

1. We come out and install a conduit and fiber optic cable from the street to the side of your house. We install a small 5 inch by 7 inch box on the side of your house, near the power meter, and terminate the fiber into the box. You do not need to be home for this part of the installation and we don't typically schedule a time for it. We will knock on your door to let you know we are working on your connection so we don't surprise you.

2. We call and schedule a time when we can come and and meet with you to discuss options for installing the service into your house. After our consultation, we will complete the installation and you will be connected to the fastest fiber-to-the-home system in Utah!
